Usually not. An unconfirmed transaction is normally still waiting for a miner, or it may eventually be dropped so the wallet can try again.
Can I speed it up?+
Sometimes. The sender may be able to increase the fee with RBF. In some cases the receiver can use CPFP. Your wallet will show these options if it supports them.
How long will it take?+
There is no guaranteed time. It depends on the transaction fee, new network demand, and when miners find blocks.
